Right whale:

Date/time (local)OccurrenceLatitudeLongitudeNotes
07/16/23 01:14:52Possibly detected47.5265-63.8109Two classified RW upcalls in P4 and P14. The first call is high-amplitude, nicely shaped, and seems to be off-beat from surrounding pitch tracks. The second call is low-amplitude and short-duration.
07/16/23 04:14:52Possibly detected47.5118-63.7965One classified RW upcall in P13. Possible RW upcall (unclassified) in P14. The classified call is loud with good shape and duration, and is isolated from other pitch tracks.
07/16/23 06:14:52Possibly detected47.4990-63.7788One classified RW upcall in P12 that is mid-amplitude and has a relatively good shape despite an artifact on the end of it, although it has a short duration and is not well isolated from background noise. There is an additional possible unclassified RW upcall in P7, although it is fairly low amplitude and has a rather jagged pitch track.
07/16/23 22:14:52Detected47.5042-63.6875One classified RW upcall in P3 that is mid-amplitude, has a good shape, and is a rather convincing putative call, although it is not well isolated from background noise. There are four additional calls (three classified, one unclassified) in P4, 5, & 9 that have shapes seemingly indicative of right whale presence, although they are low amplitude pitch tracks that are not very well isolated from nearby background noise and a couple of them have artifacts. There are three additional classified RW upcalls in P12 & 13, although two of them have prominent artifacts and unconvincing shapes, while the third is low amplitude with a broken pitch track.
