08/26/16 00:47:4140.2607-73.21983 classified pulses in panel 10, but IPIs are 8 and 10 s. In the right ballpark, but the fact that they are different IPIs makes me say "not detected".

08/26/16 20:32:4140.2607-73.2198Lots of ship noise. From marinetraffic.com, fishing vessel (MMSI: 367625230, Call Sign: WDH5170) arrived near NY Bight buoy at 8/27/16 00:30 GMT, worked all night very close to buoy, and left the area at 8/27/16 13:00 GMT. Vessel is very apparent in DMON background noise. The vessel was Maizey James out of Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey (Manasquan River). This is likely the vessel causing noise in this and subsequent periods.
